Roosa Ida is an experienced movement teacher and facilitator with a background in yoga, mobility, Pilates, and conscious strength work. She has guided classes internationally since 2017 across multiple countries, and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Social Psychology.
Her deep experience allows her to create structured yet intuitive classes—designed for soft strength, clear presence, and gentle challenge. Roosa Ida prioritizes creating spaces that feel safe, supportive, and adaptive, allowing each participant to move at their own rhythm, with clarity and intention.
She believes deeply in movement as a path to holistic wellbeing, balance, and self-awareness—not just physical results. Her classes reflect emotional intelligence, embodied presence, and mindful exploration, allowing you to move clearly, breathe deeply, and feel fully at home in your body.
